Good grief, it's February already.
I am however finally getting ready to let go of Spark of Humanity, the follow-up to Life Support. I've got a few more tweaks to do, but I'm happy with how it's turned out.
So, the current aim is to release the novel before Easter. So now that I've told the internet, I can't go back on it...
It's hard to let go of things sometime - I don't think you ever really "finish" a novel - you can always second-guess yourself, and decide to tinker further, but I find you can often just end up making things worse.
So, if you're procrastinating about finishing a novel, or worrying over whether to release one that you've finished, just do it. You never stop learning, you never stop improving. Just enjoy the story, and the next one, and the next one.
