Progress

As we head into the summer in the UK, it's started to get a lot warmer. I'm not a fan of the heat, so it's always a bit of a struggle to get things done when the house is so warm. Despite all that, I'm still writing every day.

I've got a cover that I like for Intertwined, and I've also entered it for the Yeovil Writing Competition. I'm also going to enter it for the One Giant Write Competition as well. I put my printer through its paces last night, and my toner is now to 5%, but everything's done and ready to go.

I'm also going to look for any interested agents, and see if anyone would like a look at Intertwined. I'll publish it myself if there's no interest. There don't seem to be many agents interested in science fiction, but I'll certainly have a trawl.

While I've been tinkering at Intertwined and its cover, I've been working on the rewrite of a book I finished a long time ago, Eight Minutes. When I restarted it, it felt a bit strange, but now that I'm approaching half way, I've remembered all the things I loved about the characters, and it's been really great to revisit them and improve my writing from a long time ago (over 10 years!)

I hope you're all having a ball with your own writing, rain or shine.

Happy writing!
